About Panjtan School
A school built by — and for — our community.
Established in 1990 under the Panjtan Society of Victoria, we've grown from a handful of students in an Imambargah room to a Sunday school serving hundreds of families across Melbourne.
Administrative staff

Attend to the facilities and activities of the school, working closely with teachers, parents and students. Roles include Patron, Principal, Registrar, Treasurer, Academic & Curriculum, HR & Policy, IT, and Health & Safety.

Academic & Curriculum
Oversees the syllabus, teaching resources and lesson plans across Qur'an, Tarbiyah and Urdu — ensuring our teaching is current, age-appropriate and aligned with our vision.
Human Resources & Policy
Manages teacher and volunteer onboarding, training, safeguarding and the policies that keep the school a positive and respectful environment for everyone.
Operations, Health & Safety
Runs the day-to-day mechanics of every Sunday — classroom logistics and event coordination — while maintaining a safe and orderly campus through risk assessments, first aid readiness, child protection compliance and emergency procedures.
Information Technology
Looks after the school's digital infrastructure — the website, enrolment process, Tarbiyah portal, classroom tools and the systems teachers rely on each week.
